The Solus Project: A Single-Player Exploration Driven Adventure Game

The Solus Project is an adventure game with survival elements that is set on a mysterious alien planet. It is a single-player exploration driven game with a beginning and an end. The game is available on Play Station 4 and is developed by Grip Digital. In this game, you play as the last hope of humanity, who is sent to scout a distant planet as a potential location for a colony. You must survive through exploration and unlock the mysteries of Gliese-6143-C. The game has ten large, entirely handcrafted levels to explore, and you can puzzle your way through five islands and five large tombs/caves.

The Solus Project has a rich environment that is fully dynamic. It features an alien day and night cycle and a dynamic weather system that calculates everything from temperature, wind, humidity, cloud coverage, and impacts on the climate. The game handles ocean tides, and plants respond to the climate. The game has a harsh climate, including tornadoes, storms, meteors, lightning, and dark secrets buried beneath the surface that you must survive. The game supports Vive and Oculus, including room space and motion controllers. You can explore the huge world from start to end in VR! However, some VR features are still in development.
